  • That's right! The glitter sticks to the heated powder.  There will be some excess to brush off, but what's on the heat & stick powder stays put!

  • Have seen the Heat/Stick Powder but never used it. So the glitter will ONLY stick to the heated image where you applied the powder first??

    Don't usually use glitter cuz it never stays "put"..but this looks as if it would solve that problem!!

    ANOTHER great tutorial..keep 'em comin...PLEASE!!!!
