It's a Half-Life 2 Mod, and since they don't give that away for fre, It will not be the full game, unless you look for a HF 2 download (which I wouldn't advise).

Hey!

First make sure you have source SDK installed :)

Then put the file under steam/steamapps/sourcemods (i think thats the folder name) restart steam...voila :D
