The thing at 0:32 is from Basket Case, a fucking classic. The two sequels, while good, seem more "childish" to me than all of the director's other movies. More Gremlins-esque, less sleazy, but still good movies.

If you watch and end up enjoying Basket Case, I highly recommend you see Frank Henenlotter's other films: Brain Damage, Frankenhooker, Bad Biology, and the Basket Case sequels. And while not a Henenlotter flick, Street Trash is very similar to his films, and FANTASTIC!
