Heaps and heaps of people use Character Options figures. It would be wrong to say batmanmarch is copying genesisark1993 because they use the same figure company. Besides, this is a Third Doctor adventure. dapoldoctorwho only does 7th Doctor stories.
P.S. Are you copying Bob Baker in making Wallace and Gromit films?
