    Good video but to a tip to keep things healthy, only use about 1/3(third) or 1/2 at most of sugar to coconut amount, for example if your going to use 200g(grams) of coconut then use no more than 150g of sugar, then just mix well.

    And no need for the butter, the eggs will keep everything together after mixed well.

    I just made some of these and I want to keep making them they taste so nice =)

  • @JERRY15944 yup. exact temperature and time. delicate ang baking compared to cooking. once nagkamali ka sa temperature or measurement of ingredients. you can't fix it anymore. pakk! hehe!

  • I made this a couple of times already but on the second time I added 1tsp of vanilla essence, tastes much better. I also used 1/2 dessicated coconut and 1/2 shredded coconut. I always use a mixer, much quicker and easier. Thanks panlasang pinoy for sharing this recipe :0

  • hi kuya, i tried this pero the 400 degree is too high wala pang 30 minutes ay dark brown na siya, hindi siya light brown or golden brown, i lower it to 375 pero medyo sunog pa rin siya.

  • siguro ung oven eh celcious hindi farenheit ang ang naka lagay sa may knob. nangyari na sa akin dati yan wala pang 30 minutes eh sunog na ang cake ko. siguro ang sabi ni kuya 400 degrees farenheit hindi celcious.
