  • That's not Hals scale more like one third scale

  • A terrific video, super looking and flying airplane! Thanks.

  • i have alrerady 1/3 scale and is 2,8m wing span ...made by SIG. So this one is bigger then my.

  • That's NOT half scale! The pilot figure is a lot smaller than half human size. But it sure is a nice model.

  • put a baby on that thing :P

  • Put two remote controlled machine guns on that x D

  • That's a real beauty! :-)

  • 1/4 scale ! !

  • @CORSAIR001 no, i am building quarter scale and it is way smaller than his

  • @FBI816 thats a half scale

  • Beautiful plane, great builder, nice guy.

  • oh i love love that plane...I remember when he was building that...so good to see it flying now!! BEAUTIFULL

  • Oh, very nice! I always loved the way the spacewalkers look. Get yourself a ride in that full scale, it's awesome!

  • 3rd scale,1/2 scale, peanut scale, regardless its a beautful model.Yall got to much time on yer hands to pick the mans model appart. You should just enjoy the model and leave well enough alone!!!!

  • @samlepaul agreed

  • Wow, someone's angry.

Only person with a stuck-up tone now is you...even if you're right.

Anyway, nice plane. Wonder if it could hold up to carrying a cat though...

  • How was my tone high and mighty mr. internet flamer/know-it-all? I complimented his awesome plane, but was curious about the scale, which seems smaller then 1/2.

This plane looks 1/3rd scale, which would make the full size 1250lbs. Perhaps his friend is building the plan as a 3/4ths scale ultra-light, which would make his 1/2 scale assertion understandable.

BTW it's GEOMETRY, not "physics" you stuck-up flamer.

  • According to what I've seen, the spacewalker single place has a 17ft wing and weighs 840lbs dry.

  • AH ha...spacewalker 2 has a 19ft wing, and is 1200lbs. The guy never says the wingspan on this plane, you cant really go by the weight on what the scale size is...

  • Hmmmm... doesn't look 1/2 scale to me, more like 1/4 scale. If was half scale a 3' 60lb child should be able to sit in it and fly... I don't see that happening here.

    Awesome plane though.

  • yeah it may be 1/3

  • the video does not do it justice. I saw it at the B-17, Big Bird Gathering in Monaville, texas 08. very nice plane.

  • oO what a horrible land but nice plane!!

  • Excellent video. No music; some information about the model; good flying shots. What more do you need? Thanks

  • Magnifique machine ,,je suis entrain de construire le meme mais il est plus modesteen dimension

  • You can tell that thing flies like a charm.

  • W0w, fantastic plane.

  • Some shops carry them for a huge price but most dont(Or atleast the ones in dallas/sacramento don't)

  • u could put a baby in one acourse with a helmet though

  • imagine a 1/2 scale b-747...

  • ahhahahahahahhaha you mean the c-130

  • amazing aircraft

  • That airplane is truly amazing I mean I know those fly nice and slow but they are smooth and agile. That is a beautiful plane and looks great!
