I'm so confused lol...just watched the anime and I stopped watching when Ushio(sp?) died and the anime seemed to start flying every which way in terms of the timeline. I don't recall this ever happening, unless it's buried somewhere in episodes of after story that I don't know about.

This Amv is made from a Clannad Special. You could say "Tomoyo Chapter" its only one episode, So it doenst belong to the normal season neither after story =)

@Rbeccan Actually, all the female characters except for the major sides (like the choir club) are canon. In the original Clannad visual novel there is a route for every female character except for Sanae. You can get your Tomoyo route in MUCH more detail than the OVA by playing the visual novel. Its got an english patch too.

@kiira1618 Ok, i didn't see anyone replying to you, and it seems like you wouldn't have watched clannad, to answer your question, after story is the second season of clannad, and you wouldn't call him a womanizer, there is really only one romance, the others are close friends truthfully. So if you haven't seen it, i would highly recommend it, it's one of my top animes along with angel beats, and if you have watched it to completion, i apologize for the inconvenience. XD

@kiira1618 He's not a womanizer, there's just different OVA's that show what would happen if Tomoya ended up with a different girl. In the original anime, he ends up with Nagisa. The other OVA's take place in alternate universes. =_=

i actually personally liked Tomoyo after watching this... I mean, before watching the OVA i thought Tomoyo was kinda cold and would never be a good match for Tomoya... but after seeing it i started to think that she wouldn't have been too bad a match after all. you didn't need to watch the rest of the show to understand it, the concept was pretty nice too. The star of the school with so many options and can go anywhere she likes, but stays with Tomoya. pretty strong if you ask me. I liked it.

@LeanMeanWolf I know it's been 9 months since you posted this but i'm going to reply to it anyway :D anywho, i never really got the impression that tomoyo was cold, at first she's wary, then begins to show interest, then during the tennis match (you should remember that, yes i'm being wary of spoilers) she backs off, the ova was really just an alternate reality, a world that could have been, if nagisa hadn't been the one. XD

@loldotsarefun lol it's fine that it's been 9 months :] i love getting replies xD and yea, you're right about the whole progression of Tomoyo's character. but during the main storyline i was only interested in seeing three possibilities: KyouxTomo and NagixTomo and KotoxTomo :D mostly because th main storyline had developed their personalities so strongly :] so in the end the whole possibility of TomoxTomo never occured to me until the OVA :D
