@PEDROCLASSIC They are standard Long Kelly Clamps. I suspect any similar instrument would help. Be careful not to use too much lubricant.. it can actually make the instrument slip off the port during insertion.

First, place the leading edge of the port just under the fascia. Then, try not to vomit on your arm...
