The suit was among a nationwide sweep of cases accusing credit repair companies of fraud. The action was announced today by the Federal Trade Commission.

The suit accuses the company of promising to remove negative items from consumers' credit reports and increase their credit scores so they qualify for home loans and other forms of credit. The company charges upfront fees of $150 to $500.

The Attorney General's Office said it had an affidavit from a Cumberland County couple who paid Davis $600 for help improving their credit score.

The company also does business as Life Changing Financials Company, owned by Anquella Davis, according to the news release. The company and Davis could not be reached today.

Not only does this company repair bad credit. They also have other incentives included like buget sheets, savings plan, credit training, and more in each of the packages.
