what i could say for having using Clavia keyboard, there it is not the gaswork for using it, every panel is made " one button for just on function " and there's not full of unusable sound, just very great organ sound , piano and electric piano sound and a just a module for synth and sampling sound
Lazy left hand....octaves between thumb and finger.... A Aeolian improvising, so all black notes are blue and can be dragged.... sus 2's sus 4's for colour.... swapping hands ,..... heh heh.... You're a self entertainer right....? probably never been on stage yeah.....?
I should know.... I'm exactly the bloody same.... lol! I'm not kidding you, we play THE same .... there's loads of us on here.... Ahhhh! Learn some chords will we Puleeease!!?!??
@PooPooOnMyNewShoe You just don't know what I'm talking about..... not my fault... go listen to some Keith Jarrett and tell me you couldn't have found a little more enthusiasm, or chords.... and up yours for calling me an idiot, I compared my own playing too, I don't think I'm any better, I just recognised a similar trait in the style of playing to my own. So in the politest possible way, but out, ain't your conversation. and you've clearly got little to say on the matter Mr. Hater!
@AlanSessler that's what i like about it - you'd think it's more complicated but it's so much simpler than other keyboards - each little boxed in section is a different instrument and you just switch between them (you can see the organ on the left with the drawbards, then there's the piano section, little central control, a section for effects, the synthesizer...) nothing is hidden or confusing - i don't have time to sift through menus with a couple of buttons
@AlanSessler While there are quite a few buttons and knobs and lights, it is actually far easier and quicker to navigate than many keyboards. The reason for the plethora of controls is that there are very very few digitalized menus to work through. It is extremely easy to switch between the sounds on these boards, making them ideal for performance.
Its the same with me. There is nothing that beats a real piano, he he. Clavia's sound is really fantastic. I am really considering purchasing one in the near future. but they are really expensive.
No I have not been there. I saw the Clavia Nord Stage 88 EX in a music store, and played for half an hour. I am used to play on a acoustic Piano, that is properly why I am so critical.
Great job man. Best demonstration. I really love Nord Stage 88, but I just think it is a shame that the keys are not as great to play on as on Roland Rd 700Gx. Clavia should really invest in some proper weighted keys.... But otherwise it is a fantastic instrument!
I like the synth layered under the Grand. Is it one synth patch you are using also later on or more?? And what is it' Can you share thea patch maybe'?
Sounds like one of the digital wavetable sounds no with loooogn Attack and MODENV on the Filter??
what a sound love it i love the 2nd sound

Try a right hand D-G-B triad over the Am root for a cool variation......also, an A-C-E-G over the F for another variation.
