All you need are dumbells, akro wheels, power wheel and some resistance bands. You can safely do dumbells exercises from the floor at home (safer than bench) and you can do body weight routines. Check out "akro wheel chest flye" youtube video to see how good it looks.

Actually elastic rope training is one of pro athletes litle secrets. Thick rope can easly add 40-50 lbs of resistance and you can always double, trible or quadruple it. Amazing for sth. that costs few $
I have had an elastic band on top of my cupboard for a long time and didnt know what to do with it, not like yours, Not as long so a little limiting, but i still got a good workout, Thank you soooo much xxx i have just found your videos but i will be following them on my own weight loss journey. Keep up the good work. I was overweight and still have another ten pounds to go. I did body for life and dropped almost forty pounds in three months. I've been able to eat some of the bad things and still keep the weight off. Doesn't matter what diet or workout you use as long as it works and you are happy with yourself.

ive had one of the reebok bands for few years and never thought of the first exercise u showed!! rowing with it wrapped on the feet!
