The video camera I use is polaroid i1035, 10 megapixel digital camera. It has a 3.0" screen. It is not technically a video camera but it has a video camera setting. It works ok, But the microphone is dreadful and has a weird ticking noise in the backround. and I have a 2GB and a 512MB sd card for it and a set of energizer rechargebles. Thakes good pictures though

1080 stands for the resolution 'i' stands for the way it gets shown on the screen, 'i' stands for interlaced with other words the (exp.) picture on your screen gets first the horisontal lyns and than vertical. 1080p is the same resolution only the 'p' stands for progressive what means that in gets shown directly on the screen. this is important if you game or watch fast moving images (exp. an action movie)...

I have the Sony Webbie MHS-CM1 HD camcorder. The fullest resolution that this particular camcorder can handle is 1440x1080. The optical zoom on this camcorder is 5x with a 20x digital zoom. It has a 2.5" screen for recording and playing back movies and images. In terms of stills, it can take up to 5.0 megapixel shots with it's built-in CMOS sensor. The only cons I have about this particular camcorder is that there's no optical image stabilization and the battery is not user-accessable.
