  • i wouldn't know wat to do inside this house..

  • Are you in Foreclosure?? Call 877-364-3236 for a FREE consultation, homeowners must be: At least 60 days behind on their mortgage payments Not in active bankruptcy

    They Helped me!

  • How could they but a house like that up for 40 million when they should have known that nobody would spend that kind of money for a house.

  • wow i can't imagine living somewhere that big unless i had about 30-50 kids and a couple of wives lol. It's more of a palace than a house tbh

  • All money and no taste. Theres alot of that. Wanna see an incredible designer check search Guy Drier. Now that guy has taste.

  • Some people have too much money.

    B)

  • I would Buy this Home.. Beautiful In and Out

  • Such a beautiful house with so much glass, which in this criminal world today can be a quite unsafe is the only draw back to owning or renting any home in this situation because safety is a major issue these days any where you live.

  • this house hella bad i wish this was my house

  • Big deal, my house is valued between $80,000 and $60,000,000

  • Hmm, let's consider, would I rather invest approximately $14 million in this, or some closet in New York City? Well, I think that I would have to go with this.

  • bit take but I wouldn't mind living there

  • Who needs these mansions anyway.

  • wow, this is going to be a tough sell. If I had this much money I would want to design my own house. Buying this is buying somebody else's dream. Design is horrible in my opinion. If anything I'd buy the lot tear the house down and rebulit

  • @oringent Tyler Perry bought it about a year or so ago and is going to level it to build a concrete house in it's pace. I think he paid just shy of $8m for it. He bought it for the property, not the house. They did an invite-only liquidation auction a few months ago to clear out the interior. The last I heard, the operating costs of the home exceeded $1m yearly. The Dean family divorced right after it was built and it has never actually been lived in. My parents live about a mile away.

  • Look at the dislike bar.

    Now look at your penis.

    No difference.

  • why would you ever buy a house that big?

  • @movietheaterpoet Becasue you can!!!!!!!!

  • house looks scary as shit

  • ugly.

  • This is why you don't let a 21 year old decorate a mansion. He went a little crazy with his 128 box of crayons.

  • Tackiest house.

  • I think that the house, wedding chapel, and oriental gardens need to destroyed and then something much better should be built on the estate. I am not digging this property at all. The fact that it is not selling should have been a clue to them, to do something better. I don't like the color of the exterior of the house. That in itself turned me off. As I sit and write this, I read the uploaders comments and Tyler Perry plans on tearing it down. How funny.

  • Talk about too much shit! I bet the utility bills are through the roof

  • @linearrecords12 If someone can afford a 13 million dollar home, I don't think they mind 5,000 dollar a month bills. haha.

  • sooooo tacky

  • TOO BUSY FOR ME!!!

  • Tyler had a lot of work done to it after he bought it. If u google it, you'll see some pics of him standing in it while it's being renovated. Only the inside though.

  • I wonder how it looks now that Tyler bought it.

  • @TheGodinme88 Whats thats suppose to mean?

  • I can't imagine spending so much money on a home when I could use that money to help so many people around the world to have a better quality of life. SMH

  • Talk about Tacky... Elegance is simplicity this is just too much

  • @sirArchitect Poor Person Walking! The house is not my style, but it could serve as a getaway resort. They could make a lot of money that way while the house pays for itself.

  • @rubyseward I am architect and developer, I know an ugly house when I see one. But yeah as a resort it would definatley work, or fractional investment. subdivide the title owner ship and people buy a fraction of it.

  • @sirArchitect I agree there is way too much going on in that house

  • holy shit! at 1:20 look at the single piece of glass above the door! ooommmgggg!!! what if it broke?! lol!!!

  • Search: "Don't Demolish Dean Gardens Estate" on Facebook. It's too late now, but there are a ton of photos and lots more information.

  • Very opulent. Not badly decorated, just not everyone's style. I think it should become a vacation Resort or Bed & Breakfast.

  • verry beautiful

  • Buy the time they were finished building it - Linda and Larry Dean were divorced!!!!!!!! They never actually lived in the house!!!!!!! It has been for sale since the mid 1990's - they basically built it and then tried to sell it for about 10 times the building cost of $4 million!!!!!!

  • @Earthlinked They lived in the house for a number of years before separating. Also the construction cost was over $25 Million - NOT $4 Million.

  • is this bastard chewing gum while narrating?

  • beautiful house but too much stuff(tacky stuff) in it

  • ....if I owned this house I would have sacked the interior designer years ago!! Great house, tacky styling!

  • @coltsuperocean10 i agree! the outside is beautiful, but the inside is not pretty.

  • they can make a museum out of this mansion

  • if i owned this house i would have parties in it with like 5000 people every weekend! lol

  • i agree wow

  • wow

  • Wow! Beautiful property. Congrats Tyler. Hope his mother got a chance to see this house before she passed.

  • @BrendaJoi Congrats Tyler? He's tearing it down.

  • Ya seriously cause there is some tacky shit in there and the interior is icky!

  • LA! best

  • why does it say Tyler Perry bought this? He just built an enourmous mansion (41,200 sqft) off Paces Ferry on the chattahoochee river that cost him $23 mill in construction and materials alone. Now he bought this too? Jeeeze

  • @SirRobbins hey. i remember you lol. do you know if Kim got a new house that was bought by lee najjar for 10 million?

  • @E63isback the deal fell through. They broke up, home went to steve rayman of the rayman auto group. He remodeled it

  • @SirRobbins they broke up? but dont they always get back together and doesnt he always pay for all of her stuff. like her bently gtc and chanel watches?

  • @E63isback originally but they all demanded more pay from Bravo so she makes enough now just doing the show

  • @SirRobbins is lee still wealthy like upper hundred millions? or did the wife and kids get the money?

  • @E63isback he has lost alot. Where it went? Idk. He dropped the price of his home and put it into his companie's name to avoid a personal loss

  • @SirRobbins wow guess thats karma. he shouldnt have cheated o his wife.

  • @SirRobbins Tyler Perry bought this house, tore it down and is now building a new Mansion on the land.

  • @YoungCutthroat

    Where did you read this?

  • @YoungCutthroat I read this from multiple sources. I live in Atlanta, it was the talk of the city for a hot minute. Ironically, I live up the street from his old mansion -- the one in "Diary Of A Mad Black Woman"

  • @YoungCutthroat The house is not torn down yet. All the interiors are completely torn out, the windows & doors that sold at auction are now replaced with plywood but the shell of the home is still standing.

  • Actually its been sold.

check out the site luxist then search the name.

  • Money can't buy class.

  • @Dearborn1977 - the Dean boy should go back to design school for a refresher course.

  • Gardens are gorgeous.

The house is typical over designed American pretentious tack.

    Yuk.

  • This is the fruit punch of mansions.

  • the home was recently featured on Joan River's show How'd you get so rich. The owner, Larry Dean, has a software company that tracks stocks and when he went public, he made $30 mill in ONE DAY!

  • @SirRobbins I watched it too!!

  • sadly, no one buy Dean Gardens Mansion, but i am still my favorite is Dean Gardens Mansion. I have some old magazines of Dean Gardens Mansion.

  • beautiful home

  • Son Cris has absolutely zero decorating taste..We would have a bon fire with most of the interior"furnishings.

  • @AKQJ40 His name is Chris, not Cris and you obviously have no sense of style.

  • Pretty similar to Le Reve. Personally seen that one but this looks sick too!
