I don't think it's the distance. It's when he has the explosion thingy. Try doing is side B on fd. Occasionally his headbutt explodes. I think it's when the headbutt explodes and goes rlly fast is when it gets stuck.

no it just always happens on misfires but if your exactly two blocks away fully charged you can do it
