  • Q Bert better practice harder!

  • man that is dope I wish I started that young

  • Why are ppl quick to hate the dad? Obviously reading Gunnz' rebuttals he's an attentive and nurturing father downright proud of his son.... In his shoes; wouldn't you be?

  • that kid is hella stoned in the beggining

  • That was one of the DOPEST things I have EVER SEEN!

  • Good on him. He'll be even bigger and better. Come to AUS lil PIMPIN.

  • so polite :)

  • this kid rips it better than his old man.

  • OH MANNN OH MANN OH MANN lol

    Wow tht was rlly awesome

  • jpgunnz- u taught him well! i like how he has good timing and flow between the records (very important and something alot of dmc contestants dont realise is so important!)

akidd= keep doing ur thing = props from london england and a judge at DMC!

  • lmaaaooooooo 0:26 look at him for like 10 seconds lmao

  • this kid is amazing....hands down!!!!

  • siiiiiiick cuts.... keep it up

  • Amazing - kid is a genius.

  • Dayum kid is dope! But after da show he still in dj mode he gotta let go of dem records and show some excitement and enjoy him being there instead he's like 'ok wits next uhhh oh yeah gather records and put away' he's gotta relax and after any gig kid needs to be a kid

  • @smoothxshade Peace, Smoothxshade. The turntables will always be around for him. Right now, he's just being himself by attending school, playing soccer, basketball, running track, going to Pokemon competitions and hanging out with his friends. He still likes to stop me in the middle of practicing and offer to scratch battle me. He still got it.

  • a-kidd is like our messiah hes like jesus reborn

  • @djrakman WOW!!! I like that. That's cool.

  • By the other side, a great promise foir the future, remember the young Tiger Woods in the 80s bringing that exhibitions on tv shows? He is gonna rock something in case really is enjoying this.

  • the classic case of daddy living his dream in the kid with no own life... you can tell,

  • @aqquinodj Not true & not a nice thing to say. It's a classic case of father being physically and emotionally available for his kid & honoring the fact that the son wants to show how he admires his father and pay his dad the ultimate compliment. It's a concept of being there 100% & fostering a child's development.

  • @DJJPGUNNz I totally understand your point of view, but tell me, honestly, no really , honestly, you think that this kid have "awareness" of what he is doing? I mean its the best age to lear things, everybody knows that, my point is first, that taking away that we love the music, our "eardrums" are not fully developed at that age.

  • @DJJPGUNNz ...Seriously. You think that this kid enjoy that much spending hours making this discipline or a routine? probably... but is hard to believe, Because is not doing what a kid of his age must do: Enjoy himself. doing child games Ok at your eyes he is having a blast, at mine... I think NO. Was probably something not nice to say, But was not disrespectful and just show my particular point of view.

  • @DJJPGUNNz You cant tell is not true, certainly nobody will know how this kid felt til he get older enough to understand what he miss and what he got. Sorry for this long explanation and my bad english, Peace to all

  • @DJJPGUNNz - the critical feedback is obviously coming from people that don't have kids, or they don't understand the bond you are creating with your son. As a father, I commend you for being dedicated and I also see a kid more focused and disciplined than Bruce Lee with a Kodak camera and I know he's having a blast - as did I when I was living it back in the day. I would'nt even give these haters the time of day.

  • @freekofnachure dont be silly, because i had kids is because i express myself, however, do whatever you want to be happy. thats it in my case.

  • @DJJPGUNNz nevermind him, he's jealous he is mixing techno in his bedroom while your son is on the dmc finals.

I was a finalist to the dmc spain years ago and i can confirm that even though i didn't win either, just to get to the finals means you are a beast.

    He'll win soon enough anyway.

  • @aqquinodj well i feel sorry for you obviously your dad either never paid attention to you, died young or forced you to take naked tap dancing lessons......backwards...... you can tell

  • @djrakman mmm wrong, to express myself dont make me a person with problems, just someone that ..oh yes, express what thinks. sorry outside of the USA fathers dont abuse that way kids, probably you need to learn another cultures. Dont worry i took it as a joke, was funny. I was very very happy. and I do have anything i need now. :) even kids. regards, YOU KNOW SOMETHING PEOPLE? GO FORWARD IF YOU DONT LIKE TO HEAR DIFFERENT OPINIONS, THATS IT. or erase comments, easy? yes it is.

  • @aqquinodj i know and practice many cultures hip hop is a culture cool herc is our grandfather and from there many father-figures were born im not from america im from new zealand a very multi-cultural country and when i travelled all through south-east asia australia and europe i saw many many different cultures so before you tell me i should learn about cultures try slumming it in india for a year with not hot water and only vege food or four hours on a train to get to work n back in london

  • @aqquinodj yeah aqquinodj,,,, you don't like it...eat a dick

  • @juniorloz Wow, coming from someone with the word "Junior" on his nickname what else can be expected? Listen, i dont give a shit time is always the one that brings the reality. Bye "junior"....

  • @aqquinodj eat a dick son, from the looks of it, you are not gaining popularity points on this page, so, go take your kids to school and make sure they watch sesame street when they get home, don't exercise their God given talents, because they might become something YOU will not agree with. Chump

  • nice

  • wait til he grow older.

he gonna smash every dj out there.

  • wow is all i can come up with at the moment... original badbwoy yo

  • AMAZING very cool mad props respect

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Mad Props to the Father and Son Turntablist Team.. let u guys be another chapter in the wonders that is turntablism!

  • Thanx, bside12inch. We'll battle as a team when he grows a little.

  • Wow thats fucking amazing

  • fuck yeah, a-kidd is fucking fire!

  • Awesome! As long as he stay focused on Mastering The Craft the skies the limit.

I wish more Fathers spent time guiding their sons like this. Then we wouldn't have so much nonsense going on in our communities.

Big Ups to Pops for setting the example!

  • @ResearchKnowledge123 guiding what? guiding their children to stay out of school?

  • Hey adob0streak,

What does creative turntablism competitions have to do with a person dropping out of school? Please explain.

  • Guiding his child to master a unique skill. DJ'ing can be a very lucrative career. In todays economy, a college degree is no guarantee of success. Whereas mastering DJ'ing will enable his son to profit financially once he reaches college. He will be getting paid to rock the college parties, while your son watches in awe.

  • You make me proud to be from Seattle!! Keep doing you and hold it down for us!

    Man 7 years old ...smh

  • I can't do CRABS like this kid. That was sick.

  • wow man, i'm truly impressed. Can't wait to get my 1200's back and go at it again. Big up's kid.

  • Amazing...I remember seeing him the first time going.."damn this kid has got great timing!"

  • Yo, that was dope. Your son is like the Tiger Woods of deejays. I mean he has natural ability at such a young age not Tiger's recent escapades...haha. Respect.

  • He came a long way since the video of him when he was 5. He's even wearing the same hat he had when he was spinnin' @ 5 years old even though he's 7 in this vid. This is a testament to those that post vids of their kids and calling them djs when they're only scratching. They need to do more. In turntablism, there are 2 chief elements: Scratching AND Beat-Juggling. Remember that....

  • Amazing to see him evolve as he has congrats dad..

  • FELICIDADES!!!!!

  • Whoa! A-KIDD is back and this performance was HOT! Looks like he's got a great coach...nice job dad!

  • he's gunna make it.

  • Wicked! That was awesome! Keep it up!

  • He's still @ it. Still evolving. People are still commenting on his performance when he was 5 years old.

    Peace

  • Awesome kid u have there!

  • Thanx
