  • they should not have a belt set up they should have a driveshaft set up on it

  • damn i bet they would flip shit if they saw a john deer

  • safely on 30 degrees? any mower can do that if you have enough balls

  • @robb4747 Check out the video response to this video "Slope Mowing with Ventrac" . Mr. Wiley does a good job of explaining why an All Wheel Drive Ventrac with a articulating frame, wide wheel base, and low center of gravity has an advantage on slopes over traditional tractors.

  • But does it blend?

  • @FatCatRoR its a mower. what do you think?

  • Man I tell you what, QuakerState and Chevrolet helped up put together a real nice car this season and with the help of some new sponsors like Goodyear and Tampax we were able to get it dialed in real nice to this here track. We had some real nice weather here at Talladega this weekend, kept the track nice and sticky so we could really burry into those corners and put on a good show for y'all....... Oh wait........ He is talking about tractors and not NASCAR???

  • HILL BILLIES

  • dam that ride is dope nigga you driving dat shit ida hood

  • I bet that mower costs a pretty penny.

  • i hate cutting wet slopes with a zero turn this looks alot better

  • Very impressive machine. It is unique and useful to those especially in mountain regions. Hats off guys!

  • Now that's a tractor

  • As a Ventrac owner myself, I can vouch that 30 degree slopes is much steeper than it sounds. You don’t realize how steep 30 degree slopes are until you try to walk up one. I don’t doubt that there are other straight framed tractors that can climb or descend slopes as long as they are going up and down, but try safely turning around on a 30 degree slope, or having your brakes go out coming down the slope.

Ventrac+Duals+Engine Rated for 30 degrees=much safer slope mowing option

  • HA! my wee little craftsman 18hp goes up much steeper hills.

  • its just a copycat of the 4wd steiner, which has been around for over 25yrs

  • @nnos4rott2 Actually you are sort of correct. Ventrac was designed by the original Steiner brothers, the same engineers that built Steiner from 1975 to 1988. Ventrac was started in 1998 by the same brothers. They took there original design & improved several things including offering more powerful engine options, better hand controls, standard roll bar for safety, and integrated weight transfer system for improved performance on slopes. See the ventrac dot com "about" page for more info.

  • @nnos4rott2 YEA BITCH!!!!

  • lol what a joke this is...i work at a golf course and our Kuboto 22 and 30 hp front deck mowers mow hills twice as steep as on this video.

  • Hell, I could mow this on my late 70's Hustler Excel three wheel zero turn....

  • Redneck

  • I've seen remote control slope mowers that do 70 degrees.

  • @209vaughn

It would seem like anything over 45 degrees would tend to slide, unless you had a winch. I saw a remote controlled slope mower the other day that does 55º and that is with a hydraulic winch (41º w/o it). However most remote control mowers tend to be slower. This tractor looks impressive for a riding mower (especially with a wider mowing deck).

  • My Kubota B2620 will easily go up and down that hill, it just wont drive horizontally on the hill, too high center of weight.

  • Makes it safe.

  • awsome I love this lawn mower..

  • does it have a cupholder

  • @slapperdepap Sure does.

  • @slapperdepap Most important thing on the machine.

  • understand that most commercial guys, like myself will never have one of these, yea it looks nice but we dont have time to buy a mower just for slopes, in my opinion is that exmark has a low center of gravity and its the best mower on the market

  • This has to cost gobs of dough

  • We use one at our course in Oxford, OH. Incredible machine. Effing Mule man climb some mountains

  • same technology as articulated dump trucks.... but alot smaller and only 4wheel drive

  • Exellent really smartly made the wider and smaller your wheels are for stabilty makes it and exellent Machine

  • Pretty slick rig

  • thats cool i want one
