WTF? Thats just horrible, I'm not saying there should be no disipline but it should be done with love and care not just "YOUR A FUCKING IDIOT!! SHUT UP!!" ¬¬ Srsly WTF? I want to fucking beat the shit out of that guy to see how he likes it.
In my Texas home town there was abuse by teachers as well as by some parents. That of course was the 60's. It was swept under the rug and ignored. I later told one abuser FU** YOU! When he tried to play the tough guy role and asked me to repeat. I told him TO GO FU** HIMSELF. He left it alone and never again tried to back me down.
I was beat and my hair pulled when I was little in my school back home where I was born, I would never let a teacher touch my kids though, I'd kick their ass.
Brought to you from the adherents of "the religion of peace." What a moron George Bush was, falling for that "religion of peace" line. He was either stupid or afraid.
corporal punishment cant be considered wisdom by new testiment standards james 3:17-18 but the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hipocracy. and the fruite of the riteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. corporal punishment cant be considered love by new testiment standards 1 john 4:18
@Thomt9 if it is brought back to the UK which i think it is then id love to see the students fight back. teens today no doubt will physically hit the teachers. back years ago when our parents were in school kids wouldn't have the balls to refuse a beating from teachers, today though it is different.
Saddly see it in this times but some parts still haves problems about it.
Knowledge is important and because of that needs to been teach it with serenity looking for ways to make then learn it like new tech about show in common things that we see but don't tough we are learning.
sskspecter a boy in my class was being a right idiot shouting screaming and and really just annoying everyone so the teacher told him to shut up or he can go to the headmaster the boy went home told his mum and the teacher got arested for child abuse.
i think wat my friend was trying to say was if the kid(s) are acting a fool, its always a good idea to beat the shit out of them. This is of course after you ask them to to behave properly first. If he/she dont do as they are told then you dish out the ass whoopins'
I think it's becouse it's been around for centuries actually it's gotton easier and easier on them, but I think it's mainly becouse some believe it to still be affective and if your not beating the shit out of your kids with a belt then sometimes it is but frankly society has changed to the point where you can call anything child abuse now. I'm not disagreeing with you so don't comment my page swearing at me or anything have a good day and God bless.
yes corporal punishment has been around for centuries even milliniums. and back then it was beatings not spankings talked about in the book of proverbs. with no regulation to how they were done. they were so brutal that the next step when that didnt work was to stone them to death. deut.21 18-21 i know that the way some spankings are done today doesnt qualify as abuse however the whole idea goes against 1 john 4:18 and also why is there this imaginary line for children and not for anyone else
according to the Bible love casteth out all fear. and in 1 corinthians 4:21 it says...shall i come at you with a rod,or instead with love and gentleness. this is making a clearly distinction that coming at somone with a rod is in fact the opposite of love.
What you saw in this vid is actual daily practice in schools of many 3rd world countries and even some highly sophisticated, advanced democratic societies like South Korea. While corporal punishment is completely unacceptable no matter where, this spot addresses 3rd world countries, not the oh so great U S of A. Pay attention to what you watch next time.
Yaeah, yeah, sure. All generations got corporal punishment and there were less violence and kids were much better than now. So how come, huh? Maybe there's something wrong with this modern psychological bulshit? And then what will psychologists say - "We're sorry?" In the USA we had Dr Spock's experience and the results were dreadful.
..it had nothing to do with CP or not CP it had more to do with Economics and the break down of the family ..
Im not against CP in the home that is non abusive but there is more to the story than whether johnny got his ass whipped at ..Did Johnny have a dad ,was Johnny taught any values or morality , was he a latch key kid , was johnny taught that it was alright to be angry and express his feelings constructively ..all of these things come into play with the behavior of children .
I not only witnessed CP in UK schools in the 1980s Debbie, I received it in mine, as recently as 1987 if you please!
It taught me nothing biut lifelong contempt and loathing for the people who did it. If I saw them now I still would not be civil to them for what they did to me (two of them are still teaching and I know where they teach!); I am glad I keep away from them, because I would gladly give them a load of verbal!

Why are cultures from the middle east so evil? They had more time than most to get beyond that brutish behavior and yet, they are among the worse?

Maybe some of the people who think American schools are so bad should send their kids there.

That's exactly what we need in the UK,
teachers need the power to punish disruptive pupils
...and there's nothing better than a good caning/spanking to put an ill-behaved child in his place
What is it with these whining, pansy soppy do-gooder liberals and their never ending quest to destroy any form of authority.
