It's a well known glitch thats so typical for this level. My friend experienced the same thing. Glad i have the ps1 version

Nope, this happens sometimes between Tomb Raider I and II according to some official source.Lara steals back the Iris artifact which she first encountered with Von Croy in Cambodia back in 1984.Von Croy owned it but it's displayed as one of Lara's treasures in her treasure room in Tomb Raider II.Which means she must have gotten it before.

Legend doesn't even go into how Lara survived being trapped in the pyramid at the end of Last Revalation.Angel of Darkness is non canon and "never happened"
