  • @LexBelgrade i have the same 1, theres little cups and you screw them to the door frame then you fit the bar in and twist it out.

  • i've found it to be effective to put weights in a back pack when doing pull ups, and once you can't do anymore with the back pack you take it off and do normal pull ups

  • I think, if I saw the same ghetto workout as you, the one at around 3:10 is meant to be with a front lever. It's slightly harder than what you were doing :)

    And I love the 'imagine that's how many I could do... ha... I can do loads ;)'

    I would suggest making sure you go all the way down every time you do a pull up as you can shorten the ligaments in your elbow if you don't :)
