Somebody explained it to this pumpkin headed maincontrol999 that the rule was only a cue ball foul and not all balls foul, besides the ball (7) didn't move in place to count it as foul. In other words, it did not contributed as an advantage for a win in favor of Reyes so nobody reacted even the ref. The obvious thing here is that someones unnecessary whining like maincontrol999 trying to act his own role makes it more funny as he does it exactly like Earl (The Pool Preacher) Strickland.

Get the facts, pal. Earl is perhaps the finest SHOT-MAKER in the history of pool. If the pool gods made a shotmaker, they made Earl (or if he still has it in him after he got fired by Cuetec). Efren, on the other hand, is the best defensive, shotmaking, kicking of all. Do you see Earl every now and then think 6-7 steps ahead of every single shot? No, he does 2-4 (just as an average pro pool player... nothing wrong with that). Is Earl a Carom and Snooker specialist as well? I will not know.
