I dropped my QJ and the ball core broke - the long piece in the center that the screw goes into snapped - anyway I superglued it back together and this video helped with the reassembly - thanks man.

Hey, i just got a eastsheen for christmas and i took it apart like fully, i have everyeice except the cover peices are already connected to the inner peice ( the one you pulled out) so as i have it, the instructions are clear but its hell trying to put it together, its loose and falls apart. any suggestions?

Good question. I too wondered about this when I bought my first eastsheens...

As a matter of fact, there is no difference. The different letters refer to the type of packaging they come in.

rubik - apparantly it is more sturdy and easier to assemble.

actually, the eastsheen is sturdier than a rubik' brand, the rubik's brand specializes on tight and rough rotation, low corner cutting ability, and very brittle plastic. eastsheen cubes are of different traits, as they are made of lighter and stronger components, and are disassembled and reassembled easier. the eastsheen also has the adjustable screws, so it can be a corner cutter or tight cube; either way it's still smooth

@Jo3Ach if you still have this concern, you can dissassemble the inner ball -theres like 3 layers, with flaps on the sides that when all of the peices are put together it makes the grooves around the ball. if you superglue those pieces to the core, it reduces lockups a good bit.

I was to understand that not all eastsheens come with the sheet. Lots of people are 'lost' as to how to re-build their 4x4s, which is evident in how many 'how to assemble' videos there are for Eastsheens. Pestvic has a video on it, and its over 20 minutes long. I didn't want to do the whole thing, but I thought I would throw people a bone, in case they don't have the sheet or lost it. :)
