Don't believe Phil's note. This is clearly not Erie, but Mars, as you can tell by the reddish tinge evident in the video. Obviously he is touring his parkside mansion community just east of Olympus Mons!(The better to defend against squid armies!)
It is nice tho Phil. Erie is beautiful. Pretty dang cold in Winter (y'know, when the Earth is tilted away...) but a beautiful part of the country. Nice.
