some one should show a video of what these places really look like. how about the ratty carpet, the cracks in the walls, the electrical shorts, the trenched out and dead front yards, the lack of a fire escape plan and well lit exit signs posted in the hall way, the rotten ceiling, the filthy common area outside the door, the maitenance sitting on their asses or stealing your property, the management lying to your face and stabbing you in the back and in general just treating soldiers badly.
is this true? i am looking at friends settlement.
