on new years 3 years ago we got a call saying my grandma only had 24 hours to live. She lived 19 days longier and died the day after my birthday around 2-4 o clock. We rescheduled me birthday party for march and while my friends were over my uncle from my step moms side died that day. I miss you GeGe and Uncle Buddy i cant wait to see yall but i know i have guarding angles looking out for me. Love yall deeply <3

Songs like this are the reason I love country music. One song but it has so many meanings. Relationships, death, friendship. In my life alone it has applied to my breakup and now my approaching graduation. Music brings people together and gives meaning to life and this song certainly does that.

The story behind this song is rly interesting :) My dad, back maybe twenty years ago was in a band called the Receeders. They played this song (an extremely long rock version) on the slow dances. He played it a certain high school that a teenage girl named Abby was attending. She is now my dad's gf and friends with Jason's bassist's wife. She mentioned the song, they looked it up, and here ya go! Jason is playing this song because of my father's band :D Sweet, huh?

My family and I dedicated this song to my brother. Who pasted away 3 months ago. Im 13 and i worshoped the ground he walked on i miss my brother so much and evertime i listen to this song I cry.
