Very good lecture and I was lloking to get the booj but man $110 used is the lest you can find it. And i remember about 7-8 years ago I went to isna and saw it and was gonna buy it but said $23 bucks was too much,,,,LOOK at me now :-( but alhammduliallah going listen to the audio inshallah

I found this book applicable for real life. In fact, this book helped me to stop hating two people who hurt me so badly. Thanks for Hamza Yusuf and his teachings for an effort to help us cleanse our heart. Thank you.

This book is a masterpeice but it is quite detailed, i think an excelent start is 'Alchemy of happiness' by Imam Al-Ghazali.
