I almost wish you would talk about your sex and love addiction more Dani. As someone who is both politically and socially liberal, I don't know what your problem is. How is having too much sex a problem, unless you make it out to be a problem? I mean, if it interferes with your work or your overall well being that is one thing, but if it's a part of your (separate) social life, I don't get it.
This is a serious question. You're on medications for your mental health problems, right? Are you already on medications, or can you get a prescription for some, that have sexual side effects? I'm abstinent, and I've never had sex because I've never been married, but I can still tell that I've gotten sexual side effects from anti-anxiety medications. Before I was on drugs, I had a desire for sex (but didn't act on it, obviously), and now I have pretty much no desire for sex.
Dani you are an amazing human being mija - let me tell you so many people go thru with this. I have issues with this as well when I'm hypomanic. As you know hypomania as well as mania let's down your inhibitions and you just go for it. I am dealing with some deep issues on my vlog as well so I wanted you to know that I support you because I know the seat in which you sit. Do what is in your heart regarding what you share on your vlogs and when you are comfortable you will know what to do. :)

I can see how you'd be embarrassed about sex addiction because so many people still see sex as a dirty act. But to me I can definitely see how someone could become addicted....especially a woman. Women equate sex with love...and who doesn't want to be loved, right? Although I am not an addict, I admit to having sex with men purely in hopes that they will love me back, when all they had in mind was a quick fuck. It's very hurtful.

Unless we can totally explain it to ourselves first by recovering and becoming free of the suffering that resulted from it, it's so hard to even speak about it with words.
