Truthfully, I don't think you can really compare these bands.

They're kind of different genres. Green Day, which is an amazing band, has a more harder Punk sound. Simple Plan a great band as well but not like Green Day, they have a "softer" sound I guess you could say.

@thenaks99 I know I'm a huge Simple Plan and Green Day fan, but they're still different. Simple Plan in a way, well I wouldnt say Pop Punk but they're not exactly Punk Rock. Really depends on how you look at it. But Green Day does have a harsher sound.
