  • Im moroccan , and im so in love with this band.

  • Jews and Muslims unity.. wow i like that

  • Listening carefully to the voice-over of Psalms 23, I'm surprised that Kobi makes a few mistakes of pronunciation and worse. In the verse "Dishanta vashemen roshi kosi revaya" he says "bashemen" instead of "vashemen" and completely omits the word "roshi". In the last verse he replaces "veshavti" with "ushavti.". On the other hand, it's nice the way they emphasize the words "Gam ki elech begei tzalmavet" ("even when I walk in the valley of the shadow of death").

  • ıM FROM TURKEY IM MOSLEM BUT NICE SONG MUSIC IS GLOBAL THINK TWICE....We Are Humans Not Animals..And Im a gUitarist..

  • me too man

  • it's a great band and the worse i'had ever heard

  • I'm French, and I just discobered this band. I love them :)

  • It never ceases to amaze me how despite the fact we clash on every other part of the web and media, the only place we Israelis and Arabs/Muslims/Palestinians truly unite is Orphaned Land videos on YouTube. I truly hope someday the rest of our people would learn to get along like we do.

  • ALL THIS HATE COMES FROM THE POLITIC. FORGOT THE POLITIC, ENJOY YOUR LIFE AND SPREAD THE GOOD MUSIC. I LOVE ARABIC, EGYPTIAN, JEWISH , TURKISH MUSIC, AND I DONT HATE ANYONE. WHY SHOULD I HATE SOMEONE, BECAUSE IT`S NOT MY RELIGION? I`M MUSLIM, LIKE THE REST OF THE ARABS BUT ABOUT THE MUSIC I DONT MAKE DIFFERENCES.

  • Great music

    Bad Words !!!!!!!

  • @MrMOkii The "bad words" are the 23rd Psalm ("The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want")

  • Are you serious? They mix Arabic singing with Hebrew prayers so amazingly!

My mind is now fuckin BLOWN...

    Massive respect from Palestine!!!!

  • which album contains this track ??? I like it a lot , Thumbs Up From Syria

  • @sobhio

    Sahara (1994)

  • i am greek and my opinion is that all religions suck! on the other hand Orphaned Land are extremely awesome!! \m/

  • im Egyptian and i think orphaned land is one of the most amazing bands ever !!

some ppl needs to get a lil bit open minded

  • fuck you of being egyptian and arabic and suported this song

  • Outstanding.

  • People who listen to this band are more intelligent than someone that just listens to mainstream american music.

  • @albsli

I'm Egyptian , and I couldn't agree with you More.

  • I read the comments here, and I see a lot of Israeli/Jew/Arab/Muslim aggression towards eachother. Orphaned land is an Israeli band that gladly takes from Oriential, Arabian, Western and any other source they wish. Music, for them- as near as I can tell, is not about the pulling apart of people. Its not about hate. Its about unity- Music, as the great uniter of all peoples regardless of religion or creed or nationality.

  • I absolutely love this

  • this is awesome, orphaned land, the place where all of us belong...

  • thank you bro for ur nice words .

  • Religion per se, is often a problem, when Matriarchen have it in her hand. So Metal ( music ) help us to destroy all walls, and find us @ people!

So metal forever, and fuck all the hate and destroyers in this world!

  • This is so mixed up..in a good way :D..Arabic / Oriental music with Hebrew lyrics and the vocalist looks like Jesus..world peace through music ftw :D

  • Aldiar Al Mukadisa= The Holy places (Translater from Arabic)

  • the beginning is in hebrew and the end is arabic.

after the jews were in diaspora in almost all the countries in the world, we are suppose to unite all the cultures by our indentity, to make this world moral, peaceful and reconizing god.

the arabs just dont want this to happen, because for the islam they cant let us live independant in the land of Israel...

but Orphaned land are doing great job!

  • you mean the begining is in arabic, end in hebrew

  • no, the two first minutes are in hebrew, the last minute is in arabic.

maybe it sounds to you like arabic because it is a traditional song of jews who were in arabic lands (irak, iran and syria). but the whole song is about going back to zion. the last paragraph:"we'll get back to Zion, the city of our sanctuary, and we'll rule there with a mighty hand..."

  • i see, i havent listened the whole song,

i only noticed that they were speaking hebrew at 1:22 but due to lack of time i was not able to listen to it more closely

  • Orphaned Land is about setting differences aside and living in peace. Blaming each other does not lead to peace. It does not matter what face you give to G-d, we are all children. Seek out your similarities, don't dwell on the differences. That is what causes war and hatred. We all bleed the same.

  • @jernah

You should not say that Islam doesn't let you live independently...the things is: Israel is the mother land of 3 great religions, and it would be impossible to make it the land of one religion only. Living in peace and harmony, everyone together, is definitely the only good solution. When everyone respect each other, there's peace.

  • is this sung in hebrew or arabic?

  • arabic

  • Wonderful piece of music!

It was already uploaded on youtube, but disappeared about year ago. So thanks for posting it!

  • Amazing !!!!!
