Chandra definitely should have been nominated for this scene. This was very emotional, a doctor who does everything in their power to save a life and have to deal with fact that they can't and have to accept the person is dying

What makes this scene so sad is the fact that Miranda is always strong, always hard headed, always stubborn, always knowing what to do... and seeing her break down down like that makes it so emotional.
