I write parking tickets when a car is parked, but if they come out while im writing it I just tell them to not do it again. I just dont get it. Not sure exactly what agency that was in Florida, or how they operate down there, but in the midwest, cops are usually pretty understanding, and will cut you a break as long as you tell the truth and show them respect, which it seemed you were clearly doing.
