All I see is a bunch of guys hurting thier bodies in a mere form of redundant circus entertainment to the same demanding audeince of sheep that is the new generation of wrestling fans.
@MuscleManDaniel Actually I would rather watch AJ Styles or CMPunk or anyone in TNAs XX division over Hogan or Flair or sadly even Sting and he was my favorite of the 90s
@DocGoose1980 well let me tell ya I watched the tna ppv tonight agaisnt all odds I loved it only because x division and the aj styles macth made the ppv. The gunner vs bischoff jr was good too in your face but the aj styles match was brilliant. Never have I seen wrestlers give each other recipts and stiffs like that adn tell a story. Actuall recently on SD D Bryan vs Orton was brutal, but thats not what makes wrestling breaking kafabe. hogan was on the side line supporting where he should be.

typical Piper trying to place himself amongst legends....reality check Piper...you were a glorified midcarder who was never World Champion. Know your role and shut your hole.
@SimplyXxXWild Please, you don't know sh*t. Piper is a legend. How old are you? Thirteen? I was watching wrestling back when Piper started. I followed his entire career. He belongs in those halls of fame.
@CreatureFeatureFred you can't deny the fact that Piper was a glorified midcarder. When was he ever apart of a Main Event that didn't involve a Flair or a Hogan...you can't. His claim to fame in the WWE was headlining WM I (against Hogan) and winning the IC title from The Mounty. His only other memorable match was against another midcarder, Greg Valentine in a dog collar match. I understand your a fanboy of Piper, but those are the FACTS. And for the record i'm 30 years old. Face the facts.
@CreatureFeatureFred Piper was good in-ring, but so were a lot of guys. Piper became a legend because of his mike skills and personality. He outdid guys like Capt. Lou Albano in the mouth department, and that wasn't easy. And of course "Piper's Pit" was a seminal segment that's imitated (at times) to this day.
I would love to be able to sit down with hot rod over a couple of beers. me and him would be able to talk for hours. awesome dude in whiich I dream of meeting one day.
"My family lives on a mountain, you never see my business, no family."
I hate to correct a legend, but his SON was on WCW TV in late 98 or 97 I believe. I just saw it as recently as 2 months ago on the WWE Classics On Demand channel.
The rock/metal business has always been festered with animosity ,grudge between bands.
Maybe the rock business have a similar kind of personalities and attitude, as the wrestling business. Guys with long hair, talking trash, not afraid to speak their mind, and trashing each other on television, magazines, press wars.
Hogan just doesn't know when to stop talking especially when it would be in his best interest to do so and then wonders why the world gets mad at him, he also wonders why so many people see him as a hypocrite because of his "say your prayers, take your vitamins (roids), train" schtick.
Warrior is a little round the twist with some if his personal beliefs (destrucity and such) but at least he's honest enough to admit that he's a hypocrite when it comes to certain things like steroid use.
Roddy is totally correct. Help the younger guys come along then move out of the way. All these older guys whose times have past would rather keep the spotlight on them in some form or another.
You know what Piper is... He's the neutral guy that everybody likes and the very guy that tries to bring everybody back together. It's like that with my family now but when egos are involved it's pointless to even try which is why I gave up.

I get what Piper's trying to say, but in Warrior's defense, Hogan and the rest of those guys started trash talking him when he left the business. He does have a right to defend himself.
This definitely isn't a business stunt. Sure, Warrior did some dumb shit back in the day, but nothing compared to Hogan's pile of dumb shit. I definitely respect Roddy for not getting involved in depth, but Warrior without a doubt has the edge in this feud. Too much of Hogan's dirty laundry is airing in public, and not enough of Warrior's for Hogan to gain the advantage.
warrior is a complete douche a person that couldnt cut it as a bodybuilder hogan was a failing rockstar from venice flair hard working man but he lives his character in everyday real life the only sane one to me is roddy piper
Piper didn't need a the top title to get over, he has said it himself, he was over without being the champion, and it makes his career that much more special when you go back and look at one of the biggest names of the 80s and see that he never won the top prize, I think it's good to look at it that way.
@wizeguy26 basically said he was jealous control freak and hinted that he mentally, verbally and possibly physically abused his wife! Then tried to act like he reconnected with Randy! Then continued to bash him, but in a joking manner as if that makes it ok.
@LastTrumpets7 dammit u know seeing these guys acting like this makes me wonder whenever i watch an old match or wwf superstars and now i see how these guys act..it really hurts man..being a kid looking up to these guys and savage was the uncle i wished i had lol
I wasn't born in 80s but I do look up to Piper more then anyone else and I think next generation and generation after that and that and that will get inspire by Piper as much as I am getting right now many be even more. HE IS THAT GOOD. God bless Hot Rod "Rowdy" Roddy Piper.
Actually, Hogan hasn't done anything. All he said was that warrior had the bullet to kill Hulkamania and couldn't do it.. Warrior was really upset about what Hogan said about Savage and he didn't even say nothing bad about Savage...If Hogan and Savage made up, who cares, How does Warrior know...he don't. What has Hulk really done, nothing. It's all Warrior trying to rebirth his celebrity. Talking about Hulk's personal life, Hulk ain't said nothing about his. Hogan wins, he took the hight road!
@joeybrabham Just watch the video about the self destructive ultimate warrior and see the crap thats been said by Hogan and everyone else in that DVD. And Warrior by the way does know cause he was closer to macho man than Hulk was. Hulk lost touch. Not warrior. Hogan wins what ? The guy is a mess.
@joeybrabham Warrior's personal life wasn't put out there in the media like Hogans. Hogan has had a screwed up life. Hogan probably didn't know anything about his. He's talked smack for years and figured no one was supposed to say anything.
its all about money.same thing happened to sugar ray robinson and Muhammad ali. those dudes hung on as long as they could cause they were in debt....and they're payin the price for it now
I've always admired Roddy Piper, and he's a guy that truly shoots, whether be on TV or in the interviews. His HBO Real Sports interview several years ago (the same one where Vince McMahon nearly attacked Armen Keteyan) really laid out the sad state of the pro wrestling business away from the cameras and the ring...it gave me a great appreciation for what these guys and girls do for the business.
piper was great in ring great cutting promos. in 1987-1999 even his second run as sean ohaire manager. i have all wrestlemania's from 1987-2006 piper was great on mic as wrestler and a manager with o haire in 2003!
@619badazz13 You think quite highly about yourself, lol! But yeah, 2 years older than me. I doubt you were watching Piper way before I was born or anything. But hey, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But next time, if you want to troll, say something that is truly angering, or maybe something that will piss someone off. Although I must say, it's semi entertaining. I give you a 2 out of 5 on the effort scale, because I can tell you were trying, but you need your own material.
@GodHimself76 Obviously not personally but according to what the wrestlers of that era said he couldnt. Again I dont know personally and I think warrior is a smart guy but I dont think he can fight. When you have muscles like that you cant throw proper punches and your handspeed isnt great. HIs only chance would be to tackle someone to the ground
@GLazz85 I can see your point on that cause being so big does affect the way you move but id say god help anyone if someone of his size did tackle them to the ground loll
Warrior's admitted to his mistakes...

Hogans a fool cuz he can't do business in wrestling, Flair needs to know when to hang it up, and Warrior just needs to SHUT UP.
MrDp115 6 months ago
I get what Piper's trying to say, but in Warrior's defense, Hogan and the rest of those guys started trash talking him when he left the business. He does have a right to defend himself.
UltimateWarriorFan73 6 months ago
This definitely isn't a business stunt. Sure, Warrior did some dumb shit back in the day, but nothing compared to Hogan's pile of dumb shit. I definitely respect Roddy for not getting involved in depth, but Warrior without a doubt has the edge in this feud. Too much of Hogan's dirty laundry is airing in public, and not enough of Warrior's for Hogan to gain the advantage.
TheManiacalSatanist6 6 months ago
warrior is a complete douche a person that couldnt cut it as a bodybuilder hogan was a failing rockstar from venice flair hard working man but he lives his character in everyday real life the only sane one to me is roddy piper
DonMallatia 6 months ago
I'm not much of a wrestling fan but Rowdy Roddy is a legend. I wish he would have done more movies.

Piper didn't need a the top title to get over, he has said it himself, he was over without being the champion, and it makes his career that much more special when you go back and look at one of the biggest names of the 80s and see that he never won the top prize, I think it's good to look at it that way.
GlobalClassModding 6 months ago
someboody fill me in what did hogan say bout savage?
wizeguy26 6 months ago
@wizeguy26 basically said he was jealous control freak and hinted that he mentally, verbally and possibly physically abused his wife! Then tried to act like he reconnected with Randy! Then continued to bash him, but in a joking manner as if that makes it ok.
LastTrumpets7 6 months ago
@LastTrumpets7 dammit u know seeing these guys acting like this makes me wonder whenever i watch an old match or wwf superstars and now i see how these guys act..it really hurts man..being a kid looking up to these guys and savage was the uncle i wished i had lol
wizeguy26 6 months ago

Hogan wins, he took the hight road!
joeybrabham 7 months ago
@joeybrabham Just watch the video about the self destructive ultimate warrior and see the crap thats been said by Hogan and everyone else in that DVD. And Warrior by the way does know cause he was closer to macho man than Hulk was. Hulk lost touch. Not warrior. Hogan wins what ? The guy is a mess.
levedia 6 months ago
@joeybrabham Warrior's personal life wasn't put out there in the media like Hogans. Hogan has had a screwed up life. Hogan probably didn't know anything about his. He's talked smack for years and figured no one was supposed to say anything.
WarriorSmurf 6 months ago
@joeybrabham He basically said that Hogan was a failure as a father/husband when the family was mentioned using them to back up his argument.
WarriorSmurf 6 months ago
@joeybrabham Hogan has done nothing but bash warrior and told lie after lie

I've always admired Roddy Piper, and he's a guy that truly shoots, whether be on TV or in the interviews. His HBO Real Sports interview several years ago (the same one where Vince McMahon nearly attacked Armen Keteyan) really laid out the sad state of the pro wrestling business away from the cameras and the ring...it gave me a great appreciation for what these guys and girls do for the business.
ShawnieMac 7 months ago
piper was great in ring great cutting promos. in 1987-1999 even his second run as sean ohaire manager. i have all wrestlemania's from 1987-2006 piper was great on mic as wrestler and a manager with o haire in 2003!

@aaronfowlowmusic kid i was watching piper way befor you were even born
619badazz13 7 months ago
@619badazz13 LOL! I bet you were. So you are a 40 year old troll, right? I'm 28. Been watching the biz as long as I can remember.
aaronfowlowmusic 7 months ago
@aaronfowlowmusic no im 30 , and i bet your still a virgin LMAO EPIC INSULT FATTY
619badazz13 7 months ago
@619badazz13 You think quite highly about yourself, lol! But yeah, 2 years older than me. I doubt you were watching Piper way before I was born or anything. But hey, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But next time, if you want to troll, say something that is truly angering, or maybe something that will piss someone off. Although I must say, it's semi entertaining. I give you a 2 out of 5 on the effort scale, because I can tell you were trying, but you need your own material.

GLazz85 5 months ago
@GLazz85 & You know that he cant????
GodHimself76 5 months ago
@GodHimself76 Obviously not personally but according to what the wrestlers of that era said he couldnt. Again I dont know personally and I think warrior is a smart guy but I dont think he can fight. When you have muscles like that you cant throw proper punches and your handspeed isnt great. HIs only chance would be to tackle someone to the ground
GLazz85 5 months ago
@GLazz85 I can see your point on that cause being so big does affect the way you move but id say god help anyone if someone of his size did tackle them to the ground loll
