Your comment helped me; imagine, since ["Anger/ fear begin when you lose something you have or do not get what you want."] that you took these suggestions and simply applied them without attaching an outcome? It is a difficult practice, but there are very 'basic' underlying ideas that exist in many spiritual practices in which one lives not for outcome, but for living itself. I have discovered this to be so in Buddhism and some of these New-Age practices as well.

Sonia, I agree with your teachings, however, I wish you would stress more that each and every one of us has a different level of complexity to their "baggage" in life -- some people come from not only abusive backgrounds, but they may also be dealing with bad bio-chem/disorder... I'm meeting (as a reader) sooo many of these people lately that it's not just a simple book you open up and solve problems. I wish you could stress that somehow without downplaying what your true message is here.

people get weak insecure and scared but she doesnt at all she no longer has those meager thoughts. This does not work you cant take an action to gain the fruits it creates an attachment to the outcome. Anger/ fear begin when you lose something you have or do not get what you want. Dont take her advice its vain and does not work. There is not a quick fix for your problems. Madison avenue would like you to believe their is, but dont lie to yourself its not kind you know what you have to do.

@nysyc you're missing the point ---- the message is there, but Sonia is missing the part about "It's not easy"... which she has said elsewhere in her work, and I really wish she would examine that statement and make it more public that "This isn't easy,... no one said life was cookie-cutter." To me, what I've read of her works, she says it clearly - "This isn't easy.... but it can be EASIER...." I think she's missing that in many of the short-clip youtube videos.

So Sonia, if you are a Catholic who prays the rosary every day how do you reconcile it with your work? You say that your mother was Eastern Orthodox. Both religions forbid mediumship, psychic work, and other forms of divination. When Jesus was teaching you how to be psychic in your past life did he tell you that you were special enough and have exemption from this? Or are you a prophet in the line of messengers such as Elijah and Moses? If so, are your 6-Sensory Certification course discipleship

Catholics also believe in the gifts of the spirit and Sonia has the gift of prophecy, and the gift of discernmentor what is termed "psychic ability" and "intuition"...so there is no need for anything to be reconciled. Jesus had gifts obviously as well and he "used" them and he also mentions saying that even greater things we would do.

Did you know in her autobiography "Diary of a Psychic" she claimed that Jesus Christ taught her in a past life to be psychic. But she also claimed on Hay House radio that another psychic told her that she was a rock star on Saturn in a past life. I'm confused.

@LaPetiteFleurLisieux Well who wouldn't be with a mindset that comes from Earth. What's wrong with making such a statement? What does it affect you any or anyone else that she makes such a statement? Does it matter that she was taught by Jesus in a past life? Does it mean I believe or disbelieve this statement? Should I trust YOU and what YOU say just because you claim that she should reconcile this all with her work? Who made up those rules to begin with? I can't seem to trust you neither.
