LOL... that's a HIGH-larious Bubble Era price... wonder what it's going for at the foreclosure auction?

At least the kitchen is high end (unlike so much of the Bubble Era schlock erected in Miami), but one wonders why a modern concrete building has such ENORMOUS columns clogging up the interior, WTH?

it's a nice place but condo association fees are %500+ and 1/2 of the units are rented out by the developer. What happens if this place turns into rentals?
