The people that work for smash burger work 8-13 hours a day most time without a break.

Hey founder, I worik for your company how about you chnage the way people smash the burger. It is very stressful on the wrist. After smashing for four weeks my wrist was in severe pain.

@esmooth100 that must be at your store...at our store in Grand Junction CO we only work 6-7 hours with a mandatory 30 min break...how bout you talk to your in house managers about a position change and stop hating on the one that gives you a place to make money!
