This song gives me the shivers. To me it explains ever so clearly that parents are examples to children in such a way, that when the parent is a bad example the impact on the child is huge. And the only way to lose that given hurt is to get away, and thanks to this song there is hope that someday you will forgive your parents, but first you need to hit the door running.
