What ever gave you the idea to combine lego and the Hotpots?

@BaneLupine Hmm, I would guess the idea came from me hearing the music and being inspired other lego music videos.

It was also a lot easier and faster to be able to make the video go with the music rather than think of an idea, write a script, get voice actors etc etc.

Have you ever thought of using other artists songs?

@BaneLupine I have but the fact that the Lancashire Hot Pots actualy showed an interest in the videos (and the soundtrack is unlikely to be removed by YouTube) as well as their songs being different and easy to make the video tell the story of the song.

I did think about doing some TV clips too but it is dificult to get hold of a soundtrack for the clip. I have some Mighty Boosh music that I might start making some short clips for though.

It probably is. I think you could play a clip on youtube and record that but chances are the quality would be quite poor.
