My Shoulder Surgery- Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair

im almost reaching my 2nd month of surgery and can already put my arm 180 but with minimal pain, prob is my shoulder still hikes up to help my arm go up and my elbow stays bent sometimes

i'm so scared of this surgery i'm schedule for the 27th of october and don't know how to avoid it, since is work related :(
