@wafflesrock567 I usually use one of two programs: Windows Live Movie Maker if i simply want to stitch the photos together and Adobe Premiere Pro if I want to partake in any heavier editing of the imagery. I hope this helps! The former one is so easy to use, and I recommend trying it out to get a feel for the kinds of manipulations you'll want to do with any heavier editing.
