  • I PRAY HELL DEVOURS THE 2 BLACK JURORS WHO CONVICTED HIM AND THERE CHILDREN!!!!

  • @SHABAZZTRIBE prayer of evil is a useless hope

karma is a bitch to those on hand of corrupt

    socialistically american people are corrupt

  • how is mumia "arrogant"? Crackerz deem any eloquent, confident, highly intelligent black "arrogant". ANy black who isnt intimidated by a fucking cracker is "arrogant".

  • i'm sure he shot him but ist of all it couldnt be 1st degree murder because it wasnt planned out and that pig probably deserved it anyway

  • FUCK THE JUSTICE SYSTEM!!! PEACE AND LOVE TO MUMIA!!

  • No matter what he said to any of the judges, the trial should have been fair and based according to the evidence. How can Joseph McGill state that Mumia convicted himself. Free Mumia!

  • I love how they make it seem like he was convicted because of an inept lawyer...Notice they didnt say how his gun was used tio kill the cop or that the bullet wound he suffered from was from the officers gun...What a waste of film....Cant wait til he's dead

  • Mumia abu Jamal is a hero a champion for equal rights and justice. there is no hiding the disdain he had for the white imperialist system and all the bad experiences he has had with police and their brutality towards his african brothers and sister may have led him to confront that officer on that night look at him as a human and not as an animal. white people are the real savages Historically from the days of the Greek empire till this very day. no one wins the race in racism

  • @salocintop Not even yourself apparently, you racist idiot. Mumia is no champion - he's a coward. He shot a man in the back for nothing other than his race and his profession. A complete scumbag. If you support him, you're a scumbag too. Go fuck yourself.

  • @august1876

Right, not because the cop was beating a man, that's completely besides the point.

  • @BryanEKS89 Correction, the cop was defending himself against Mr. Cook. Maybe you should read his statement. But even so, you think it's ok for someone to shoot and kill another man because he hit his brother? Good luck selling that to anyone with half a brain.

  • @august1876

I think it's right for anyone to kill anyone for no reason at all.

  • @BryanEKS89 And that's what makes you cool.

  • @august1876

    Nope, makes me a lowlife.

  • @august1876 and if u would not help your own borther than im really sorry if u have a borher...i would do anything for my brother...i might not have brains but i sure have heart!!!!

  • @losmulatto Don't confuse idiocy for "heart." If your brother was getting arrested, and you shot and killed the arresting officer, you would deserve everything you would get. Sorry losmulatto, you're stupid - not courageous.

  • @august1876 he was helping his brother....i think u would do the same....scumbag...? for helping his borhter? c´mon man...

  • @august1876 Your an idiot he didnt shoot him because he was a piece of shit cop he shot him because he was attacking his brother and shot him! why do people think that cops are gods and not people and think they never do anything wrong?

  • @thedonorlandom I never said he didn't do anything wrong. But I'm sorry, even if he "attacked his brother," (which is untrue - even his brother admitted that it was the other way around), that's no reason to kill someone. And if you do kill someone because of a fight, then guess what? You end up right where Mumia is today.

  • @august1876 Yeah but neither of us were there so we dont really know what happened yeah if your black or latino you end up in there for sure for life or they kill you. but if your a white piece of shit cop you get a paid vacation. I do feel sorry for the family of the officer but having gone through police brutality myself my remorse is kind of forced. yeah if your kill someone you end up in jail but if someone shot me i would shoot them back.

  • Love live Mumia Abu-Jamal.

  • Fukin savage, this animal took a mans life and all he does is soak up media attention.

  • that's what u think u shallow minded idiot. savage? is it savage to protest injustice based on racism? white cops and criminal justice system in america are so racist, especially against blacks. philly cops, fbi, and frank rizzo are so rotten to the core, they pinned it on mumia to cover up thier crime.

  • Wow, that's funny.

  • Even if Mumia really did kill that cop, he shouldn't get the death penalty.

I'm against the death penalty for the simple reason that courts can make mistakes. Maybe a mistake was made the trial of Mumia in 1982.

  • I totally agree with you..... Death sentence is horrible half the time they execute innocent people like if Mumia was executed.......

I hate the idea is that you could get 15 years for killing any average joe white or black on the streets but if its a cop then you get life ridicoulous fuck the system

  • yeah right. like there aren't any cops that wish we were dead!!! They let me know by the actions SOME NOT ALL cops.

  • The judge is a white man, who has given the death sentence more then any other judge in America, all but 2 of them to non whites. How can you not bring race into this? It is racism plain and simple. People wanted Mumia silenced, clearly it didnt work, and thats the beauty of America!...or am I wrong?

  • I'm not sure I agree with you. Why would "people" want to silence Mumia? He was a journalist - and a bad one I might add. So bad that he had been unemployed for 2 years and had to drive a cab to make ends meet. But that's beside the point. Know how many articles, columns, speeches, paragraphs, sentences, or words Mumia wrote about corruption, the police force, or justice in general BEFORE December 8, 1982?

Zero. Don't believe me? Try to find anything pre-1982. There's not a single word.

  • thereistooaspoon-----are you a moron? get the facts before you make a fool of yourself.........how many of those scumbags were given the death sentence by THE JURY, not the judge...and the rest of your diatribe is a clear indicator of another mumidiot who hasn't bothered to read a single page of the actual trial transcripts.........get a grip on reality

  • You do know the jurys in every one of those trials convicted and sentenced the defendants, Sabo never did. And he oversaw almost exclusively murder trials so the death penalty would be sought in a lot of those cases, again Sabo had nothing to do with it. Nobody except Mumia brought up his beliefs or race at his trial, so he's the only one making this a race issue. And an overwhelming majority of the city didn't know who he was, so how could they have wanted him silenced?

  • Why didn't Mumia's brother testify at Mumia's trial? His absence seems dubious.

  • The evidence seems to be of championship caliber that the Cook Brothers decided it was better that one of them take the fall instead of both of them. Therefore, MAJ has always been in stalemate: he can not clear himself without implicating brother William.

Hence, William Cook has been, always will be, incognito. All MAJ has is the race angle; it's not enough. Faulkner died, William Cook hide. The Law didn't care which Cook fried.

  • anybody know where i can get the whole viedeo for free?

  • it doesn't mean his life sentence couldn't be commuted to life in prison, I'm ok with that. but ultimately he is not in prison for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but because he overreacted unnecessarily, and someone died.

  • my problem is I was a big supporter of Mumia after reaidng a book on him in early high school in the 90's. after I actually researched the facts of the case -- I think he did it, and his behaviour has made it easy to do so. I follow Dr King's ideal of content of character, and thought brother mumia is highly intelligent, I think he did kill the cop. and didn't need to cause his brother hadn't done anything. his own prejudices shaped his actions for which he must be held to account.

  • Looks like we need more black judges! And why can't ANY judge/jury look at the facts instead of the attitudes and politics?

  • Mumia is a phony! Hes playing his supporters for fools! He isn't even what He pretends be which is a revolutionary and a freedom fighter! Hes a murderer and a liar!

  • hey africa, Mumia's son is in jail for a gun too. what do you think about that? was he framed as well?

  • I was thinking the same thing!!!!

  • Society rejoices everyday this back shooting COWARD is in prison and is mentally tortured minute by minute.YOU will never see this turd released.Rot in prison WESLEY COOKE you murdering pig!!!

  • Even though they can't be released on bail, we'll never fail to save our brothaz and sistaz from jail! In this rotten system where hearts and souls are for sale we the righteous know that the evil can never prevail! This ain't no fairy tale, myth or legend! We got the message and as long as we continue our work, we got protection! Our possession is wisdom, knowledge and inner redemption! MUMIA IS INNOCENT AND IS IN NO POSITION FOR CONFESSION!!!

  • Is any black man guilty of his crimes? Take responsibility for your actions. When will all the crying stop. It's old, the race card is played out. You are seriously brainwashed and it's a shame you can't think for yourself.

  • Brick by brick, wall by wall, we will free Mumia Abu-Jamal!

  • I wouldn't bet on it. Regardless, he'll be free one day one way or another, like the rest of us will.

  • soon those bricks and walls will be sealing mumia's coffin!
