lol this happens all the time! even on black ops! get to a chopper gunner and it lags out. in AUS we can only get wireless internet. 2 bar games ALL THE TIME! connection is 4 down 1 up and ping of 140ms!!!

or the balanced out Black ops with decent sound quality but slower paced (still pretty fast) gameplay and gay snipers...

I have a very unstable connection... But it's 10/10 Mbits, and it's fiber optics... I always get picked for host, and people rage quit because the lag is horrible, every few seconds I lose the internet connection entirely and everyone moves a bit to the left or a bit to the right :D

P.S. There are certain ways of making your connection seem like the best host so the game picks you (even when you're not), you just need to mess with the router a lot.
