i recently made the MISTAKE of trying the ocm method and my skin is ruined..destroyed...I've been trying the cinnamon honey mask and i see that it's bringing out the pimples stuck under my skin, the pus, the blackheads and all the nastiness and it's obvious I have to continue it or I'll just be left with everything right on top of my skin. I can see why it's recommended to use it for 2 weeks straight!

@pablo3476647 Nope doesn't really matter what kind..I just prefer using the creamed honey because the liquid honey is a little too runny..lol And I prefer organic because it's better for you :) But you can use any honey your heart desires!

@blueocean9uk You can pretty much prepare as much as you want because Honey is like a 'miracle' food, it virtually never expires! The 'Best Before' dates that you see on the honey bottles are only there because after time, honey tends to start crystallizing, which makes it look unappealing, but the quality isn't affected at all. Cinnamon on the other hand doesn't 'expire' but loses it's potency after 2-3 years.

@blueocean9uk ..I usually mix 1 Tbsp Honey & 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon, and that lasts for quite a few treatments. Hope this helped! :)
