Just love it.Can you believe that some people don't even listen for these wonderful sounds of nature..They are too busy in their hustle and bustle of life..If only we could greet the day like this, life would be less stressful..
I used to spend hours in the rainforests of Queensland just listening to nature, but I no longer can get deep into forests (due to heart problems). I have to be content to just visiting the Dandenong Ranges National Park and listening to your wonderful cd's.
I also enjoy your photography, Sarah.
Thanks for the posting on Youtube, and thanks for these wonderful CD's, I can still visit these beautiful forests in my mind anytime.
The bird you are refering to is the Pied Butcherbird. It has to be one of the most beautiful and melodic songbirds we have in Australia.
If you want to hear more of its song, you can hear in on a few of our CDs: 'Spirit of the Outback', 'Australian Songbird virtuosos', 'A Morning in the Australian Bush' and 'Favorite Australian Birdsong'. All the best, Sarah
what kind of bird is that in the picture at 2:42?
