House wouldn't have said yes regardless if he liked Cameron or not. That's just House. I'm surprized Cameron didn't see that. She should have known that 'no' would have been the answer. But I guess she was hoping for a true heart to heart, honest conversation with House ...

I agree...House could only say 'No' to such a question. But did you notice this scene comes right after House gives a similar "No" (that is also a lie) to the transplant committee when he lies to help a patient?  I think the audience is meant to take that juxtaposition as more than mere coincidence.
