Hideaway, Touch me , Save me < Zabadak, Okay, Xanadu , Don Juan, Antoinette-they never let you down ! The smell of that new 45 as you got it out of the plastic sleve dust cover-Phillips label &later Fontana-red then yellow-probably carcinogenic wiyh all that plastic-gotta love growin up in the 60s!!!!haha,jk

  • I celebrated with Dave Dee his 50 Birthday, with Daddes Gaiser (RIP)= Oldie Radio Moderator from Radio RT4* and Bürgerradio, Silberburgstr.)

in the Black Mustang cellar Disco in REUTLINGEN Germany there was a small Concert Oldie concert with the group Hurricans too, and there was also food very nice remembering it was any when in the middle of the 90ties.

  • @Haselmaus47 Reutlingen

    * each Sunday from 7pm to midnight was the Radio RT4 Oldieshow before the 50 birthday from Dave Dee. I heard and saw him 3 times in the Oldinights organized from the Daddes Gaiser also Called "Shaking Daddes" who made the oldie Musical in Hamburg

  • @RingaStarrdust i never knew dave dee was gone, how old was he?? any other members gone?

  • @redredreds100 Yes, he died on January 9th 2009, he was 67. He had had a cancer since 2001. No, other members are good, I met them last August. They are still very sad about Dave Dee's death. I would have love to meet him, people told me he was a very nice guy.

  • I remember Dave Dee & co touring OZ in '66. Actually, they stood in for The Hollies, and they toured with Paul & Barry Ryan, and The Animals. I heard all these groups being interviewed on Radio 2UW in Sydney, during that tour. Great memories!
