My Solo2 detectes Ka and K as X intially about 80% of the time then goes on to report it as K or Ka when I'm closer. Kinda sucks but I'm used to it and it doesn't do many false readings so whatever.

@Nickatimes Do your research by contacting Escort. You will find that for a price you can upgrade your RED 9500i to the 9500ix. It is all the same but the display is RED vs. BLUE. Many people were disappointed that the 9500ix came in BLUE only so we have a way of having our favorite RadarDetector (.net) and making it RED too!

Red is better on your night vision and it matches the lighting in the rest of the vehicle interior of the STi
