  • @twinmuscleworkout ?????? HODGTWINS!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dan Tanner?

  • Vic you don't have a certain routine for mass building, and one for toning?? I bought the mp3's and you claim people will ask me if I'm taking steroids, but I'm just becoming very toned. How did you get so big?!

  • Hey Vic,

How many do you do before you change up? 8 one way then change up for another 8? Or as many as you can?

    Cheers

  • thanks vic! that just blasted my arms like never before!

  • Thanks for the tips Bob!

  • Those are wicked arms, man

  • why this guy naked?

    no thanks bob faget

  • Shut up Harold Rammis from ghostbusters

  • super man? aka clack

  • I see alot of similarities in this training video with the video from the Robby Robinson Bodybuilding Seminar (1990) (Part 4 of 4). thank you for the great triceps workouts

  • thank you bob saget

  • I do this movement now albeit slightly differently than shown here. The only problem with this movement is when handling heavier dumbells, as they are thicker, u cant drop the weight low enough as it will hit ur chest. The only way is to do it as u did in 1:11 I always say, use heaviest possible weight with reasonable technique.

  • Guys please come join my website all about bodybuilding........bodybuildingchat. websitetoolbox. c0m

  • Dude, are you superman trying to cover your true identity?

  • Steroids is helpful

  • @frappementdeaoko Anyone can tell he's not on steroids :)

    jealous?

  • @dobbelganger OmG i am i really am dude im so jealous...

  • @frappementdeaoko 1.5 ~ 2 years of organized working gets you to where he is

i'm half the way there :>

  • @dobbelganger

bit more than just a year and a half to 2 years. To get on the level of perfection Vic is at, I would say around 5 years+

Now taking supplements ect can get you there in a year and a half, but Vic is all natural. Being natural is the way to go.

  • @RATCL1FF 5 year I dont think so :P Man is training for like 20 years.

  • Great Exercise....

  • very good exercise

  • Yeah its called a super set

  • is it okay that tricep and bicep workout do it in the same time?

  • @alipogiawaw try splitting them up, my opinion is to do them on seperate days. like chest/tricep on one day and back/bicep on another day. that would give the arm time to rest. and i would also suggest doing arm workouts at the last workout of the week because of the stress on the arms from the other work outs. If the arms were worked out on a monday for example they will get Fuc**** on tue, wed, thu, fri ect.. Am just giving advice. This is my little bro's acc.

  • @saeedsnne But, if you allow your muscles to rest say for your biceps, yes it gives them time to build up....but you can also use the Muscle Confusion Method which is where you continue to use the same muscle group along with others but still continue without a day rest each time instead a day or 2 rest each week. Then when you feel liek you cant do anymore and you feel weak as hell rest for about 3-4 days and you'll build stronger muscle which will stay with you longer.

  • Such a good exercise I'm so glad I found this cause I was getting bored of the other exercises i was doing :-)

  • i do 2 reps of 25 of each of those exercise's twice in each of my both arms

  • Thank you for your teaching, wise man.

  • why are there so many people that look just like Bob Saget? lol

  • Good InFo!

  • Bob Saget?

  • is it ok to do thesee on the ground??

  • @H3RTZZ yessir

  • @iYouSteve thanks

  • Boooooooooooob SAGET!

  • yeahhh

  • This is what got mark wahlberg his big triceps

  • Hi vic, I did this a few months with 5 kilogramms but it seems I can't performe it perfectly after a few attemps, I'm cheating etc. I just thought about it a few minutes ago...Is it ok to use 4 kilogramm from now on? Will that stop my muscle grow?

  • how much kilo is that

  • @katuray33 that's 5 kilograms I guess

  • @katuray33 its around 0.000001 kilos.

  • nigga is brolic.

hard for me to extend my arm...elbows are messed up

  • Hey guys

I need someone to tell me how my biceps are looking so far...

    Thank you so much =)

  • I'll add here that I think what Vic has achieved awesome as far as natural goes, and he clearly knows his stuff. I wasn't suggesting that he couldn't push heavier than he is in his demonstrations. I'm sure if he was to sacrifice form like most other people do, he'd be pushing a lot more at detriment to his health. What I was hoping for is to have my notions of "what it takes to get big" dashed by Vic, so that I might be empowered to stop destroying my own body in my pursuit of size.

  • I can't believe he got that big lifting those baby weights.

  • lol your stupid, hes giving examples. if he did this maxed out he wouldnt be able to go through slowly and show us how to do it properly

  • @wootywooty123 Well, FYI, most peoples problem isn't how to do the exercise, but what kind of weight they should be pushing. Join any gym, they'll coach you on correct form. What I meant by my comment is that I want to see what kind of weight this guy pushes in his routine workouts, so I have a basis for comparison, which I'd bet is what 90% of people who view this are looking for. You're stupid, your tendancy to accuse others of the same, coupled with your grammatical errors prove it.

  • @mattymofo69 troll lol, its the interwebs, stop trying to act proper and mature, it doesnt mean anything here. BITCH mwhahah!!!!EXCLAMATION POINT!!!!

  • @wootywooty123 If by proper you mean, not a special ed, then I guess I'm guilty. The question that I can't shake is why you ever opened your mouth (or typed, being even worse, because it gives you time to consider your response), if all you had to say was "I'm wootywooty and I'm a dumb fuck". Uppity little tryhard out looking to compensate for his inability to be dominant and superior by talking shit on the internet, yet doesn't even have the words to step up. You must really hate being so weak.

  • lol >.> try hard. you make it sound so big, yet it is so simple. gtfo

  • @wootywooty123 Fail

  • @mattymofo69 no u

  • my triceps and forearms fatigue really fast does anyone have any tips?

  • @TheNumber1draftpick hey try something like No explode helps me push out those last few reps gives alot of energy :D

  • fagget your a homo

  • Don't take advice from anyone who's biceps are bigger than they're triceps because they're workout methods are retarded.

Triceps = approx. %65 of arm muscle.

  • Wow. Looks a lot like Bob Saget. lul

  • great advice, thanks vic

  • i made up some exercises by myself and these are one of them :)

tyhese are really usefull and hard.

  • Great form and great advice on how to do it , ive heard about this workout before but never really had the adivce on how to do it

    great physique too .

  • Though after sometime, I overcame this problem. But in the 2 months, this problem has suddenly popped up again. Im again having trouble doing exercises with free weights especially as the weight visibly leans towards one side when lifting. Also, I cant maintain a correct angle of my left arm. PLEASE HELP!

  • Ive doing bodybuilding for the last many years. In the beginning, the biggest problem that I faced was the imbalance in my right and left arm. As Im a right-handed person, my right arm is more powerful and can do reps more easily as compared to my left arm.

  • my arms look good in a tank top. thing is though if you doing the exercise wrong you wont see the improvements so do it exactly as he sais. you can lift more as you go on but wont be able to straight away. this is a very good exercise for tone and shape. if you have smaller arms i would suggest bulking a little first and then do these exercises. i also find doing this exercise, really helps other exercises that uses triceps as a secondary muscle group. giving them more strength

  • hi guys been doing vinces tricep workout for about 5 weeks now. it really works and burns good. you have to do it exactly as he sais slow and with a light weight i only lift 6kg i started on 4kg. i do about 15 reps and 12 on the secondary exercise he does. as first set. which will hurt at first, but you get stronger. and after your first set try and do up to 12 if you can just keep going until you cannot do anymore. im quite a big guy myself not fat. and its toned and shaped my triceps nice.

  • Check out my biceps guys. I need someone to tell me what I need to work on. Thank you so much

  • I have some elbow pains when preforming this an dsomeitmes with daily activity, do you have any tips how how to help that vic? :)

  • i love how this hairless roid head completes his look with the glasses...nothing like a true intellectual roider

  • Bob Saget got buffed yo.....

  • How much do u do?

  • Its true its best left last.. Because after a 45 minute tricep workout ...you wil bw weak & can injure yourself.

  • this exercise gives good burn, used to do this one but havent focus on arms for a while. Apparantly once or twice a week 30 mins arm workout (tri's brachials and biceps) is better than 3 or 4 times a week.

well ill know wether this is true within the next 2-3 weeks...

  • Thanks Buff Bob!!

  • would it matter if you dont turn your arm in the middle of each set

  • nice back, lats!!!! triceps and biceps!

  • is that bob saggat. haha

  • Niceee Vid dude, doing this workout tomorrow for sure.

  • once per week

  • ok so should you do them everyday or every other day

  • its a buff bob sagget

  • @mastertriggs Bob Saget looks like a goon. This guy does not! lol However, I will see Bob Saget in a totally different way now. lol

  • I'm from Mexico, .... I just have to say MIL GRACIAS!!! (1000 Thanks) I had never seen this triceps exercise before, have been doing it for 2 wks at the gym, I also start-off as my 1st exercise, I do it with a 25lb dumbbell, my triceps feel like rocks after this exercise ((and keep feeling the rock sensation even after hours I left the gym with other gym exercises I did not feel this before)), .... try the EZ Bar laying down doing 21's immediately afterwards, ... awesome!

  • dude you are ripped!

  • how many sets and reps

  • as many reps as you can without scraficing good form, 3-4 sets for the first few months, then 4-5 sets

  • BOB SAGET!!!!!!!!!!

  • exactly what I was thinking

  • exactly what i thought, but trust me, ive been following him and scooby for a while...both Beasts

  • Both VIC&SCOOBY r the best mix of old scl & new they 2 have so much knowlage ,peace lov muscles!!!!!!!!!

  • Is that Bob Saget?

  • if you think this this video is good check out his book. Great stuff.

  • looks like bob saget!

  • I have been trying to find out the name of this Tri-cep exercise for over a decade (the first variation he shows). Does ANYONE know the name of it?? One Arm Tri-cep.....What?? Help!!!

Vic Rocks and Yeah your right He Does look like Danny Tanner minus the filthy jokes!! (we can only hope......:)

  • tricep extensions workout.

  • They're just one arm Tricep extensions on the bench. Instead of sitting up and doing the exercise behind your head (which can cause neck strain) - laying on the bench removes the tension in the neck allows you to focus more.

  • This guys work outs are amazing

also on a sidenot he looks like danny tanner from full house lol!
