If you're using Windows and talking about the theme, you go to settings to change that. You can't have a mod for FoFix, since it is a mod of the original Frets on Fire.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!! I follow your tips, i download theme. OK, now it's on WinRar. i move it to themes and do new folder. i move it to new folder (now name GH3) but when i come to play, it's still a old theme. where i can change it?
Look at what other themes have (preferably Rock Band 2 theme) and see how everything is placed. Then you can change all of the pictures and fonts to look how you want it to. All of the image files have to be the exact same resolution and name when you replace them, and pictures must have a .png file extension.
alright thanks so much i ve done most of the copying already so now i know im on the right track also do i have to change anything in the theme.ini file?
When i try to chose themes the new themes are not there in the list

I dont have a folder named themes...o.o...Do I put it in mods and make a folder named themes? Or just put a folder named themes in the data folder?

You can change it in the graphics menu in the settings.

There is no tutorial for making themes.

I don't know about the .ini but you should open it with notepad. When you finish it (if it works) you should post it on FretsonFire(dot)net.
