i try to apply eyeshadow, but every time i do, it ends up looking dirty and smudged by the end of the day, i do not use a primer however, so is that the reason? if so, what primer would you recommend?

a primer does help- I would suggest loreal de crease for a drusgstore option or Urban Decay primer potion for a higher end one! :o)

i love the physicians formula line. the baked sands eyeshadow is my absolute fav !!! ive never tried the shimmer strips tho. ive wantd to but, an i eye them all the time but i jus havent tried them, ges i will have to now lol. there mineral foundation and powder is pretty good too ! i havent used them in forever cus i keep buyin foundations that ppl rave about on here lol.

Also one thing I LOVE about your videos is the pace of them...you talk moderately fast and get through what you need to get through....which saves me time AND gives me ALL the info I need to hear about a product! Thanks so much! (other beauty gurus sometimes take foreeeevveeer describing a product, you do it at the perfect pace!)

I would say I love Revlon colorstay products, I love the new BE Matte, Loreal HIP line, two faced line, smashbox too! I will try to give more specifics in a video! :o)

I love Revlon colorstay. I use it in medium beige. I find if I mix it with a moisturizer it goes on more smoothly and has a better finish than alone.

What foundation do you think covers as well as colorstay that is higher end and worth the purchase?

MAC Studio Fix Fluid and Dior forever are two high end versions! If you have the revlon I dont think you need the others! :o)

i totally agree on the revlon colorstay liquid foundation. i have the one for oil combination skin and that one doesn't even need setting once applied on my face. if i set it it ends up cakey so i don't, saves me time and product =)

LIsa, I have to agree with you on the Sally Hansen's. I think their eye shadow base is a fabulous buy and, more importantly, it works. It's a creamy, bisque-colored base that not only evens out the skin on the eyelids, but holds the color ALL day! Their skin primer is lovely too.

The dark one is matt, the middle one has a very slight shimmer and the lightest one is a shimmer highlight color! :o)

I want the shimmer strip from Physician's Formula so bad! I LOVE Physician's Formula... the Mosaic Eyeshadow Palette is terrific! =) (It has five colors and cream to powder eyeshadow!)
