  • Great memories! Days and nights spent in 'derries' in Salisbury - dropping window pane acid - that was so good! I'd do it again IF I ever came acroos some! The music, the girls the long hair, Glastonbury Tor Man it was GOOD to be alive in the 70's!

  • I've now listened to these guys first two albums on youtube, and they are probably the closest I've heard to the '68 to '70 Pink Floyd style, which is very good.

    These guys are amazing in their own right, however!

  • I saw Caravan at The Hammersmith Odean in the early 70s, absolutely amazing band, the air was filled with green smoke and a great time was had by all

  • just heard this on bbc6 and thought it was a rip off of soft machine, good to know it was a canterbury contemporary

    try counting 1,2,3, 1,2,3, 1,2,3, 1,2 to that part, it fits. yeah, i'm sure now that it's an 11/8 signature :)

  • Can someone tell me what the time signature is on this song.... when it goes to the fast part at 1:47?

    I'm thinking 6/8, but there's a feeling about it that almost feels like an odd meter. Can't really tell.
