nah, you can only connect about 6 or so hits before it gives the option of recovering to the opponent.

no it can't, once the curse runs out you can't summon that bug down again. Also you can recover at about the 6 or 7th hit.

The last combo is very easy, all you are doing is repeating the forward A motion over and over again. the bug automatically hits in the right spot due to the forward motion.

soooooo, i should mash the A button?? i havent really played arakune in a while but while i was trying out some of his combos i couldnt find the timing right and i'd only be able to do a 4 hit combo at most and then get the timing wrong

here's how to learn Arakune:

1: Learn to curse.

2: Learn TEH BEES

3: Learn Simple combos

4: Learn Complex combos

5: Learn how to chain complex combos into simple combos

6: Learn to insert TEH BEES in the spaces between combos.

Very nice suggestion! What good is all the ADV. strategy if your opp.'s got U pinned down w/ the rush. Plus you gotta know how to get out of tight situations w/o taking damage. Arakune is the ghost w/ the MOST!

lol ghost with the most. thats good. but yeah i find that defense is very important with arakune because if arakune doesnt get his opponent poisoned chances are hes gonna get a good beat down unless you play real smart.

Some characters on the game totally outmatch Arakune...Jin for example. You hav 2 learn his teleports. If you have 50%heat an your opp wanna get in your grill, just let loose a Distortion D. according to situation.

but i dont even play arakune i play ragna lol. i should try other characters but i suck and i want to get good with ragna

uhhhhh only nu and maybe rachel can outmatch arakune, other than that arakune always has an advantage. but if you do face a good jin your obviously gonna have to work your ass off for that win because its probably a fairly even match

how do you do the move at around 0:49 or 0:50 where he throws that multi-hit spike? I know its jumping B but i can't get it to go down so quickly like he did. he practically launches himself downwards..

you dash, and then hold backwards while you do B. It's called an air dash cancel.

just incase you didn't know, if you have a ps3 then just buy it from the US. And luckily for us if you own a 360 the game will also be region free. So again just buy it from america! I suggest play asia personally.

The game is not region free. It works for NTSC U, and NTSC J, so if you have ixtreme 1.5 or higher, it should be fine.
